Welcome to PropertiesLiberia.com, a real estate platform operated by PropertiesLiberia ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or any other related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2.1 Account Types. Our platform supports multiple user types including Property Owners, Tenants, Property Buyers, and Field Agents. Each account type has specific permissions and features.

2.2 Account Creation. To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.3 Account Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.1 Fee Structure. Certain features of our Services require payment of fees. Our current fee structure for property detail access is:

• $5 USD for 7 days of unlimited access
• $7 USD for 14 days of unlimited access
• $12 USD for 30 days of unlimited access

3.2 Fee Changes. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Services.

3.3 Refunds. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

4.1 Rental Properties. Property Owners may list rental properties directly through our platform after creating an account. All listings must be approved by PropertiesLiberia before being published.

4.2 Properties for Sale. All properties for sale (houses or land) must be listed through PropertiesLiberia's team. Property Owners who wish to list properties for sale should contact our team directly.

4.3 Accuracy. Users who list properties represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current and that they have the legal right to list the property.

4.4 Prohibited Content. Listings may not contain misleading information, inappropriate content, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services

6.1 Our Content. All content, features, and functionality on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by PropertiesLiberia or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content. By posting content on our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertiesLiberia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any transactions or agreements entered into between users of our platform
• The accuracy or completeness of any property listing

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Liberia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
